Ankho'n Mein Maazaagh Ka Surma

Sar Par Taaj Warafa’na Ka

Husn-E-Mujassam Allahu Akbar

(The eyes adorned with the kohl of Maazaagh,

On the head, the crown of "Warafa’na Ka."

The embodiment of beauty—Allahu Akbar.)

Subh-E-Azal Hai Mukhra Unka

Shaam-E-Awad hai Zulf ka saya

Unse Hua Har Qalb Munawwar

(His face is the dawn of eternity,

The shadow of his hair is the evening of delight.

Every heart is illuminated by him.)

Mehndi Lagau'n Ghar Ko Sajau

Main Angan Mein Naachu' Gaau'

Tann Mann Waaru' Unke Charan Par

(Let me apply henna, decorate my home,

In the courtyard, I shall dance and sing.

Bheeni Bheeni Khusboo Aye

Rang-O-Nighat Saara Manzar

Kitna Anokha Kitna Pyaara

Chaand Utar Aaya Hai Zameen Par

Tal Jaayegi Saari Musibat

Aa Jayega Daur-E-Rahat

Ab Toh Mujhe Dekhenge Nazar Bhar

The era of comfort will arrive,

Now I will see him to my heart’s content.)

Dijiye Bakshish Jagg Ke Data

Boond Hain Hum Aur Aap Samandar
